One Bad Batch Can Kill Your Business
Sourcing from Alibaba without boots on the ground is gambling. From quality fade to customs seizures, the risks of going it alone are massive.
The Middleman Markup
Many "factories" on Alibaba are actually trading companies adding a 15-30% margin. You overpay for product, killing your profit before you even sell a unit.
Quality Fade
The sample was perfect, but the bulk order is trash. "Quality Fade" is common—suppliers use cheaper materials on the second or third order to boost their margins.
Logistics Nightmares
Stuck in customs? Wrong HS code? Unexpected duty fees? Navigating freight forwarding (DDP vs. DDU) without an expert can lead to inventory seizure or massive fines.
IP Theft
You send your unique design to a factory, and two weeks later, they are selling it to your competitors. Without proper NDA and IP contracts, your innovation is unprotected.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to your questions about global trade and logistics.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
This depends entirely on the factory and the product. Simple items may have MOQs as low as 100 units, while custom-molded products might require 500-1000 units. We always negotiate on your behalf to get the lowest possible MOQ for your first test order.
Do you source from countries other than China?
Yes! While China is the manufacturing hub for most consumer goods, we also have networks in Vietnam, India, and the USA. We will source from the region that makes the most sense for your specific product category and tariff situation.
How long does shipping take?
Production typically takes 15-30 days. After that, Sea Freight usually takes 25-40 days to reach Amazon FBA warehouses in the US. Air Freight is much faster (5-10 days) but significantly more expensive. We help you weigh the cost vs. speed benefits.
Is my payment safe?
Absolutely. We guide you to pay suppliers via Trade Assurance or secure bank letters of credit. We never recommend Western Union or direct transfers to personal accounts. Your funds are released only when the goods meet inspection standards.
Do you handle customs duties?
Yes. We typically arrange DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping terms for our clients. This means the shipping quote we give you includes all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees. You don't have to worry about surprise bills at the port.
